Except as provided for replacement gifts below, there are no refunds or returns for the goods purchased on the Service. All sales are final. You may receive a replacement bouquet only if:
1- You send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or a message through the form at the bottom of this page within two calendar days of the delivery date.
2- We delivered a wrong item, or if the gift arrives in substandard condition, or if the gift is delivered after the delivery date or never delivered at all.
3- If the gift arrived in substandard condition, then a photograph of the gift must be attached in your email.
In order to ensure you receive the freshest product possible, we will make every attempt to deliver the specified product. In some cases our florists may need to substitute a similar container or flowers.
Replacement gifts cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
